The Band Booth is a unique new Industry business offering classy band rehearsal studios to the South East of Melbourne in Dandenong. The Band Booth boasts 5 acoustic designed rehearsal studios, all with brand new gear including PA’s, microphones and stands. Some studios claim to be acoustically designed but dont deliver. One rehearsal at The Band Booth will demonstrate an overall acoustic sound that no other studio offers. Its 5 rooms boast completely different acoustic properties, lending an environment suitable for pop bands, rock bands, hardcore bands and even orchestral bands. One of our five rooms will suit your band. Open to its’ first customers in March 2007, The Band Booth was designed specifically for singers, who appreciate a powerful PA with some nice effects, enabling their vocals to sail across the wall of noise created by the other members of modern rock bands. Our Dandenong, Melbourne band rehearsal studios have classy internal decor just as impressive as the PA’s. The chocolate brown carpets, cream walls and white ceilings are a pleasant change from the greys and blacks of most studios, actually inspiring musicians into creative frenzies! All band members will be impressed with the many features The Band Booth rehearsal studios have to offer. All rehearsal rooms are equipped with wall mounted guitar hooks, whiteboards, drum rises and plenty of well positioned power points. Add to this the availability of drum kit hire, amp hire, music supplies including strings, pics, straps, earplugs, cigarette lighters and a snack shop of drinks, chips, choc bars and more, and you have the perfect rehearsal venue. It even has a large lounge area and a table-tennis table. (Beat proprietor, Shane Harman and he will give you a free 3hr rehearsal!) The Band Booth’s rates are competitive with the others, and are gaining a reputation as ‘one of the best rehearsal studios going around’. It does not stop here. The Band Booth announces it’s affiliation with MMAPP, a personalised business incorporating music management, agency, promotions and publicity, the love child of reputable band manager, Sarah Pearce.
